01Definitions & Interpretation

In this Terms and Conditions document, the following words and phrases carry the meanings as defined:

• "Platform" refers to the king79.plus website, the king79 mobile app, and all related services.
• "Member" refers to any individual who has registered and holds an active account on the king79 platform.
• "Account Balance" refers to the total credits available in a member's account at any given time.
• "Bonus" refers to any free credits, bonus funds, or other rewards granted by the platform to members subject to specific conditions.
• "Wagering Requirements" refers to the number of times a bonus must be wagered before a withdrawal is permitted.
• "KYC" (Know Your Customer) refers to the identity verification process required from members before any withdrawal can be processed.
• "RNG" (Random Number Generator) refers to the random number generation system used in games to ensure fair and tamper-proof outcomes.

Any reference to a single gender also includes the other, and words in the singular also include the plural, and vice versa, unless otherwise stated.

02Member Eligibility

To register and use the king79 platform, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements:

• Is an individual registering on their own behalf, not on behalf of a third party.
• Never banned or suspended by king79 or any related platform.
• Has full legal capacity to enter into a legally binding agreement.

King79 reserves the right to reject a registration application or close an existing account if any of the above eligibility requirements are found to be unmet, without the need to provide any reason.

03Account Registration

Each member is only permitted to hold one (1) account on the king79 platform. Multiple account registrations, whether using the same or different information, are strictly prohibited and will result in the suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of balances.

During registration, you are required to provide true, accurate, and complete information, including:

• Full name as shown on your identity card or passport.
• An active and reachable email address.
• A valid Malaysian mobile phone number.
• Exact date of birth.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account password. King79 will not be held liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account due to your own negligence.

04Deposits & Withdrawals

King79 supports a wide range of popular payment methods in Malaysia, including DuitNow, FPX, Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, and GrabPay. All deposits are processed automatically and credited to your account within seconds.

Deposit Policy:

• The minimum deposit amount is as stated on the platform's deposit page.

• King79 reserves the right to request proof of source of funds if any suspicious transaction is detected.
• Deposits made via third parties or unauthorised methods will be forfeited without any compensation.

Withdrawal Policy:

• Withdrawals are processed within 10 minutes to 24 hours depending on VIP membership tier and the chosen withdrawal method.
• Full KYC verification is required before any first withdrawal can be processed.
• Daily and monthly withdrawal limits are subject to the member's current VIP membership tier.
• King79 reserves the right to request additional supporting documents for withdrawals exceeding a certain amount.

05Bonus & Promotions

King79 offers a variety of bonuses and promotions from time to time. Each bonus is subject to specific terms and conditions stated on its respective promotions page. The general terms applicable to all bonuses are as follows:

• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirement (rollover) that must be met before a withdrawal is permitted.
• Bonuses may only be claimed once per promotion unless otherwise stated.
• Members are only eligible to claim one type of bonus at a time unless otherwise stated.

06Game Rules

• The outcome of all games is final and cannot be disputed once the round is complete.
• All slot games use an RNG system independently verified by a third party to ensure fairness.
• In the event of a technical disruption during a game session, king79 reserves the right to void the round and return the wager to the member's account.
• Sports betting is subject to the odds displayed at the time the bet is placed. Any change in odds after a bet is confirmed will not affect the existing wager.

In all matters relating to game rules, king79's decision is final and binding.

07Member Conduct

King79 expects all members to conduct themselves in a polite, honest, and responsible manner while using the platform. The following are strictly prohibited:

• Colluding with other members to exploit vulnerabilities in games or the bonus system.

• Attempting to access another member's account without authorization.

Any violation of the above prohibitions will result in immediate action, which may include a warning, temporary suspension, or permanent account closure, depending on the severity of the violation.

08Account Closure

Closure by Member: You may close your king79 account at any time by contacting our customer support team. Prior to closure, all eligible cash balances will be processed for withdrawal upon completion of KYC verification. Any bonus balance that has not met the wagering requirements will be forfeited.

Closure by king79: king79 reserves the right to suspend or close a member's account without prior notice under the following circumstances:

• Violation of any term in this document.
• Suspected fraud, money laundering, or illegal activity.
• Providing false information during registration or the KYC process.
• Account inactive for more than 12 consecutive months.
• Instructions from the relevant authorities.

09Privacy & Personal Data

• Retaining personal data only for as long as required for legal and operational purposes.

You have the right to request access to your personal data, request correction of inaccurate information, or request deletion of data under certain circumstances as provided by law.

10Disclaimer of Liability

The king79 platform is provided "as is" without any express or implied warranties. To the extent permitted by law, king79 is not liable for:

• Any service disruption resulting from maintenance, system updates, or circumstances beyond the platform's control.
• Losses incurred as a result of valid game outcomes determined by the RNG system in use.
• Any indirect, consequential, or punitive losses arising from use of the platform.
• Failure by third parties, including payment providers or game providers, to fulfil their obligations.
• Unauthorised access to a member's account resulting from the member's own negligence in safeguarding their password.

King79's total liability to any member under any circumstances shall not exceed the amount deposited by that member in the 30 days preceding the claim.
